A comprehensive assessment with a Veterinary Surgeon, combining a video consultation to take a detailed history and discuss your concerns, followed by an in-clinic appointment for a full clinical examination and initial treatment as appropriate.

You will receive a written report with tailored recommendations, including a home exercise programme where suitable. Your referring Veterinary Surgeon will also receive a full report and ongoing updates.

Treatment Sessions

Acupuncture – £99.00.  We usually recommend an initial series of 4–6 treatments, with the frequency tailored to your pet’s condition and response. Ongoing maintenance sessions may be recommended to help maintain the benefits.

Physiotherapy or Hydrotherapy – £92.00

All sessions include a Veterinary Surgeon re-examination (£39.00).

Combined treatments: where treatments are carried out in the same visit, only one re-examination fee is applied.

Laser Therapy

We usually recommend an initial series of 10 laser treatments, with the frequency tailored to your pet’s condition and response. Ongoing maintenance sessions may be recommended to help maintain the benefits. Treatments are charged individually at the prices below and include a Veterinary Surgeon re-examination fee of £39.

The number of areas treated depends on your pet’s size and treatment requirements.

Shockwave Therapy

Insurance Administration

£10.00 per claim, per condition

Covers completion of insurance documentation and liaison with insurers. A separate fee applies to each condition included in a claim and to each subsequent claim for that condition. This fee is not usually covered by insurance policies.

All treatments are performed by RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeons. Each patient is assessed prior to treatment to ensure safety, comfort, and appropriate progression of care.
